Food was good.Quantity was good.Salad was served right in the first after taking our order. Which should be accompanied by the soluvaki platter.Seating is old.

Wonderful place!My fiance and I went there for new years eve, we made a reservation ahead of time so got seated right away, we shared the Greek platter for 2 and It was a great way to sample a bunch of different foodsThe seating was intimate and private and the waiter was fast, attentive and very nice. Our meal came quickly and was hot and delicious.It's a bit pricy but the food plus ambiance makes it a special date place for sure!!

Went to galinis recently for my birthday. We were a party of 7. I had lasagna and coffee which was good. I took my 89 year old mother to the washroom which was in disrepair, no handle on the stall door and toilet paper dispenser was in pieces on the floor. My brother had the halibut which was nearly raw. When I received my bill I looked at the top and saw the proper order, but when the waitress handed me the Interac machine my total was nearly $40. I looked at the bottom and noticed a $9 charge was added. I asked the waitress what that was - she said whatever word it said and told me they “always do that with large groups, it speeds things up”. At no point did she say this was an 18% tip preadded. The fact that I had no knowledge of this before I said something annoyed me. This waitress would have allowed me to add a tip ( I usually add 20%) to the other charge of 18% . That made me mad . Quite a lucrative business I guess working there. Then I spoke with a manager (blonde) who tried to belittle me- going broken record on me repeating “ it’s an industry standard we’ve been doing since Covid started” . That was a clear attempt to rip me off and the manager seemed more intent on belittling me than addressing the fact that her waitress tried to rip me off. I spoke with another manager the next night at a different restaurant and asked about that charge. She told me the waitress is supposed to tell us about the charge beforehand , and remind us when we get the bill that the tip is already calculated ( not done) and also that the menu has to have it written on it .well it may have been on the menu , I don’t know but since I had to take my menu to another table where there was a light, I can’t say if it was there or not I did not have a good look at it. She also told me that it is done with large groups not a group of 7 .I will never be back. If anyone needs a good paying waitress job I’d say go to Galini’s in Langley cause the tips are at minimum 38% and management thinks that’s great apparently.

One of the best lamb roast in town! The servings are massive and the staff are lovely. It's one of the more expensive restaunts we go to but it's also one of the highest quality ones too. For the two of us we usually spend $100 a meal and I feel like that's fair for what we get salad, bread, cocktail and a generous main for two people including a tip. Some of the servers have been working here for years and they know the menu extremely well. Would recommend for a classy meal out especially a first date or anniversary.

Galini Greek Kouzina & Grill
We had large family dinner and they were able to accommodate our request and sat us all together. The service was prompt, polite and respectful. The food was great and the portion were great to as well. The roast lamb is absolutely delicious(which I ordered). Everyone enjoyed their time and we will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking to have a large group gathering and would like to have delicious greak food.

Had our first dinner here and it was so good!Our server was attentive and funny, and the busser/host was also kind & sweet.We had roast lamb and sirloin steak as our mains and calamari to start.The calamari had very good seasoning and was cooked perfectly. The lamb just fell apart and the steak was cooked perfectly.My vegetables were seasoned well and tasted good.His rice was very good, and the lamb was perfection.We had ekmek for dessert and it was incredible. It wasn't too sweet, was the perfect consistency, and full of flavour.Definitely worth checking this place out. It's well decorated, and has a good ambiance.

We had George's platter and the food was so good! Served by the course so it wasn't a pile of food all at once. Only complaint was the red wine was served much too warm. Other than that the experience was wonderful.
