WOW what an experience today! I went to see Carol today for the first time to talk about vein removal, something I have put off for years, but have always been nervous about. My veins have always made me super self conscious, so going to meet her for the first time, and showing someone my veins , was a little embarrassing for me to say the least. Well, within a minute she managed to make me feel very comfortable and not worry about a thing. She was so informative and easy going, I had no problems with going ahead and doing what she needed to do, and it was a joy chatting with her throughout the whole session. I was only scheduled for a consultation, but I ended up starting with my first laser session, given it was so easy to work with her. I'm so glad I did! I've had the pleasure of meeting Carol and going for my first treatment today. I've had laser hair removal done everywhere except the top of my head and eyebrows and I cannot begin to describe how great the experience was! Carol is super nice, professional, personable, and beyond reasonable with her prices! The whole experience was nearly painless (minus the sensitive areas such as the lip) but the process is so quickly done that you don't have time to register any discomfort.
