They were having issues with the waiting time, but I recieved my haircut within a quick waiting peroid. Would recommend to all.

I checked in online and when I got there Tracy said it was going to be half hour yet which didn’t matter to me. Tracy has cut my hair about 4 times now and has always done it the way I want it. She is very polite and easy to make conversation with. I enjoy getting my hair cut by her.

Taylor cut my hair and she advised me that she has only been hairdressing for 4 months. Taylor did an amazing job, I love my haircut and it is very easy to style. Taylor is very personable, happy and friendly

Twice we have used the online booking and received poor service. The first time we were given a wait time of 81 minutes and when it neared our appointment time they canceled our booking. Today we tried the online booking again and we were down to 20 minutes when they started adding more time. What's the point of online booking if you can't rely on the time originally shown. Not going back.

They have a revolving door of employees. You never see the same person twice nor can you request a hair stylist. They write down in your file exactly what was done each haircut only to have the next hair stylist argue about what the previous one did. Went several days ago for the last time. She literally butchered my hair .I spent today looking for another place to try and fix what she did. How is it possible to butcher a men's hair cut?

Worst place. Go somewhere else. They butchered my sisters hair.. brutally butchered her hair. Went for a trim and she completely ruined her hair. When talking to the manager she was completely rude and a disgusting and disrespectful attitude. Would never recommend going here.. save your money and go somewhere else. Place is trash.

My 2 years old boy has his first cut here he was very comfortable and happy. The lady who cut his her was amazing with him. She also gave us a little envelope with my sons curls ✉ that says my first cut ✂️☺

The app said 2 minutes. I patiently waited to get assisted. After they finished their last customer. I waited for someone to tell me how much longer since they weren’t helping anyone anymore. There’s probably 5 of them in. Some were talking to each other and some were organizing. Felt ignored after waiting another 5 minutes without anyone telling me anything. Decided to leave rather than being confrontational. Then someone yelled, “I think he stole something.” Everyone rushed to the front. I’ve never stolen anything in my life! This location felt exclusionary. Definitely not coming back!

I finally found a hair stylist for my kind of hair ( thick/kind of coarse) , and luckily it was the manager! I loved that she listened to my hair concerns and addressed them all with her knowledge- she did a great job on my hair and this will be my go to place for all future hair cuts - thank you!
