Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary Airport North

Our stay was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the housekeeping staff! Our room was spotless. The room layout options are wonderful and the rooms are beautiful. Such an awesome place to stay with kids. We will definitely stay again.

It was such a pleasure to provide technology here for an event for Alberta Motor Transport Association! The staff were super helpful, PARTICULARLY Bonnie Chang (give that woman a medal!!!), the electrical of the place is good quality and well-labeled, the food was delicious, and the loading access to the building was very accessible and made it easy for us to accomplish the logistical aspects of the event. Thanks so much for having us, hope to come back again some day!

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport, the long term parking offered, and the shuttle to the airport. We only stayed the night before our flight but kept our vehicle parked there for 10 nights while we were away on vacation. I can't say enough good things about our entire experience with this hotel. The staff were so friendly, great with our toddler, the room was clean, modern, and very spacious, the restaurant had amazing food and great service, and the shuttle to and from the airport was totally hassle free with the most friendly and helpful driver. The cost for the room and long term parking was also extremely reasonable. We will definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here for just one night but enjoyed it. Close to the airport. The room was big and updated, the staff were friendly, and most importantly, I have never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life! Seriously.. I am about to update my entire bedding set and mattress.Also! This was the first hotel (of many) we have ever stayed in that actually had a crib in our room ready when we arrived.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of encountering what can only be described as the epitome of terrible customer service. It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, but I feel compelled to share my story in the hopes that others can be spared from enduring the same ordeal.From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it was clear that the staff had no regard for customer satisfaction. The employees appeared disinterested and disengaged, with no sense of urgency or willingness to assist. As I patiently waited my turn I checked in and went to check the room, the room was so small not like the pictures and the view was the back side (garage view). I asked one lady from the front desk (Abby) kindly if possible to change the room but she said no in a rude way, so my family was not happy, we didn't want to stay after all of this we asked if they can refund us our money back to go another place again they said no, so we decided to lose all the money and leave the hotel immediately. the worst experience ever. we won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
