It wasn’t understaffed, nor busy. It had AC and Free Wifi. Other than that, it is just a regular subway!

We always came here when we went to Birds Hill ,but it has been awful lately. The service used to be great ,the buns soft and the ingredients fresh. Really not good anymore. Rotten spinach ,not much in the way of cold cuts and too much mayo ,no salt ,pepper in one corner only . The bun was good this time ,but service is not good either. Young girl with little or no experience or just don't give a darn . Anyway ,sorry , we will not be coming back. First on your agenda is to hire half decent people .

Place is literally the slowest subway to ever exist. Always 1 person working, and with the new order on app situation, the person spends 10 mins making orders in between people. Not really the workers fault, but whoever owns the place has 0 brain cells

Good service and what you’d expect from subway these days. The clerk was please tell and quick. The place was clean and well kept.But man subway just has gone downhill every year over and over again. I remember the ingredients used to be way better tasting, even the bread is like off tasting now I dunno. Mediocre taste but good service and clean

The sandwixh artist was making an online order and she apologized for my delay and was genuinely concerned she was holding me up. I wasn't I'm a hurry but appreciated her consideration. She also out the right amount of toppings on and sauce so my sub was delicious! Bread and fillings were all fresh and plentiful.

It saddens me to lower this to a 1 star but clearly the girl working tonight makes way to much money or her parents are loaded and she’s forced to work here because she put more energy arguing about what she didn’t hear than making the GD sub .

That staff was extremely friendly and caring today. I found the bread to be to be extra fresh and all the toppings to be extra fresh. Hope it's the same the next time I go to this Subway

Always a friendly face behind the counter. I think her name's Martis? She's this sweet little lady who always is good for conversation while making the sub, making zero mistakes despite carrying on a conversation the entire time, and it doesn't seem to slow her down, either. I used to stop in here every weekend when my folks were at the cabin through the summers, on my way to looking after their kitties. I still stop here sometimes and there's Martis, as good as always.
