I have been working with pillar security from the day I got my security license, it's been more than one year now, the scheduling team is very supportive all the time and the operations team provides their assistance every time you need it. Also, they provide you with all the help they can and the Human Resource always looks after you on the site in the initial days. Overall good experience working here. Will recommend working here.

I have worked in other companies too, but I found their operations team really supporting and helpful. Moreover their 24 x 7 availability of dispatch team is really appreciated as we can call anytime we need their assistance.

Today after almost 3 and a half years, I feel glad that I have worked with Pillar. This company has the best Human resource, Operations Managers, Scheduling team, and mobile Support.  Professionalism, timely response, and flexible operations makes Pillar Security as one of the best security company in Toronto and GTA. Being in this condominium industry, I would recommend Pillar Security for high-end Security and concierge services.

Great management and recruiting staff, very polite, helpful and humble.I had an interview with the company, I must say great experience, I travelled almost 3 hrs to reach their office, the recruiter respected my time and effort. Hey, this is amit and wants to share my experience with pillar security. I am with pillar family from last 1.5 years and never face any issues regarding schedule, day off, in terms of uniform, flexible to take open shifts, over time provided✌️. If you are looking for a concierge/ security job this is the best organisation to join and start your career.

I worked with them for a year. And when ever I try to book off they say it's impossible to find a replacement guard. And their dispatch team is irresponsible. They don't get back to your emails when you try to book off. They ask you to book off via their app but they don't even seem to care.They straight up denied my day off request when there was a family emergency. And they were asking proofs of travel, doctor visit appointments and everything, which is ridiculous. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I must say, I regret working with them.But the site supervisor was kind. And I don't want to disclose the names.Thanks it wasn't great working with you for the minimum wage you pay

Best company to work with, i have been working with the company for almost 2 years now. Started as full time afternoon guard and now working as a proud site supervisor. Very professional and dedicated management. Helpful towards students.

I am working with Pillar security from last 3 years. I have very good experience with this company. Scheduling, Operation and HR staff are very helpful and work as back up for their employees. I highly recommended Pillar security as employer.

Not worth your time working for this company. Utter poor management and communication. I worked there for like close to three months for minimum pay and was already done with that place.
