I got fortunate to get Dr. Ashita Dutta as my family doctor. The reception staff Ishita is also very helpful and clear and the doctor follows up very promptly with the test results and genuinely cares for your health, which really defines what a good family doctor means. We need more such doctors in the province.

Dr. Dutta is attentive and empathic. The office receptionist is also very pleasant to deal with. Due to covid restrictions and flu season last year, my appointments are phone appointments, but I still feel that Dr. Dutta take the time to listen to my health concerns and advise without rush. If she considers it is not something that can be diagnosed via a phone call, she would book you in for an in-person appointment. I really appreciate this level of care and professionalism from the doctor and the doctor's office in general.

I’m so glad my husband and I switched to Dr Ashita Dutta last year! She is very quick to help out, knowledgeable and is very good with following up.The receptionist Ishita is amazing too, very professional and prompt.After having gone through many issues getting care when I first moved to Richmond, I can say that this smooth experience with a family doc and receptionist is very rare!
