I don’t do reviews often but this place deserves it. Great jiu jitsu / capoeira instructors that are very patient, knowledgeable and inclusive. All are welcome. I highly recommend. Also have the option to train in Rosemere!

I have been doing capoeira there for over a month and the ambience is great. Everyone is friendly and the trainers adapt the training to your level. There are classes for both adult and kids.Would definitely recommend giving it a try.There Saturday class are there best for a first try, they include training plus a roda at the end.
