I bought some earbuds and they weren't working properly and had to take them back. The customer service lady was very friendly and was able to give me a refund.This is one of my go-to places for electronics as the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with all my previous purchases.Thank you Best Buy, for outstanding services.

I would have rated lower if not for stopping ‘Jason’ on the way out. I didn’t realize they opened at 11 and not 10, whatever I waited 10 mins. Looked lost while I walked around the whole store and not only was I not offered help (the one time), but I watched as the one worker I was trying to make eye contact with changed aisles, walked around me then got back into the same aisle behind me. Appalled, never seen that happen before. As I walked toward the exit, I tried once more and stopped ‘Jason’, who was very knowledgeable and as I told him I had been to both suggested locations- had the decency to tell me they would likely be out of stock then. Thank you Jason, I won’t right off this location just yet. Ask for Jason folks!

Awful Service!!Just bought the chest freezer for home. Paid the price for Insignia 5 cu ft. They sent out the 3.5 cu ft. freezer in my car. Just did the unboxing for the freezer and disappointed to find out that I got the wrong product by best buy.

Everytime we go there …we had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get store assistance.We requested 3 staffs to help us on camera section and they told they will send someone but none of them was available…waste of time ..actually shouldn’t give one star rating …very poor customer service ..this time we walk out without buying anything ..disgusting

Always a pleasure to visit best buy stores.As usual, this store is well organized and gives inspiration to upgrade your old electronics.Staff here are friendly and ask if you require assistance.There are many home electronics here.. plus mobile devices.The store is located close to many other top brand stores inside the south edmonton common.Accessibility ♿️ is available here and there are free parking for all categories of customer.In addition, the store offers reserved parking for express item pickups.

Iam a Biggest Fan of Bestbuy , always has a great deal and best price, Great staff and great customer service, lots of amazing products and variety, staff’s are very knowledgeable and friendly. My first choice to go for Electronics, when you purchase with Best Buy protection plan, the products are replaced or exchanged if there is any software or hardware issues.

Marisol is the best sales associate at this location. Me and a family member went to this location to purchase a screen where Marisol assisted us and provided excellent customer service; she was extremely polite, kind, and made us feel acknowledged and appreciated. This location is lucky for having such quality employee.

This place is an absolute joke, their shelves have incorrect prices, staff are poorly trained, and if there's an issue, the manager will call you a day or two later and offer a discount next time you come in, but there's no instructions on who to see or what to even do to retrieve it, until you go in and try, and then get told there's no record of it anywhere and basically you're SOL... Just a nightmare, I do not recommend this location, unless you're on a road trip and need a parking lot to crash for the night, that might be worth it. Why isn't 0 stars an option?...
