From beginning to end, working with the Fireplace Company has been an extraordinary experience of exceptional customer service. I was originally going to hire another company. But Bobby was persistent in a good way - he asked me all the right questions, answered all my questions, and opened my eyes to what else i needed to consider. He was so professional, fair, and pleasant. Bobby made a site visit and was clear and knowledgeable about the challenges they would face in converting our old wood burning fireplace with a unique wood mantel into a gas fireplace and how they would approach the situation. He put a lot of thought into how they would replace the fireplace without wrecking my wall or removing the mantel. Other fireplace companies told us they would have to remove our mantel, cut into the drywall to insulate the chimney, and then put everything back together.Jasmail came to install our gas fireplace. He is the hardest and most pleasant worker I have ever met. His goal is to make his customers happy. Jas worked tirelessly and cleanly to remove our original wood burning fireplace and not make a mess. And then he got stumped about how to install the vent without removing our mantel. We talked about it for a while and he figured it out. He came up with an elegant solution that worked beautifully. He did not have to remove or damage our mantel. I was so very thankful. He and his helper also moved the gas line from one side of the house to the other, put the vent in a convenient spot, installed the fireplace, measured and manufactured the metal surround, and did an A+ job.Bobby and Jas were always responsive and caring. I highly recommend The Fireplace Company.

The fireplace company shop is under renovation.Despite this mess the store is focused on doing businessThey have competitive price and no BS policy.We went back and end up buying a great electric fireplace. It was very easy to make the decision and buy from then because their sales rep was very straightforward and easy to deal with. BTW despite being under construction, I was able to check many of the electric fireplaces they hadI highly recommend them .

I got a great deal on a new Napoleon grill and a bunch of accessories. I basically arranged the whole purchase over text messages and just went to the store to pick up the grill. The store is quite a mess, it's under renovations and completely full of boxes everywhere. They did have a number of fireplaces and grills on display but the lighting was poor and the building is quite run down. This didn't affect me at all as I knew the product I wanted and did all of my shopping online and via text, I just would caution someone who expects a fancy showroom as this is not that at all. Recommended as long as you take that into account.

I would definitely recommend The Fireplace Company to those who need a fireplace. Bobby and his team are obsessed about customers. Although the situation around my house added difficulties to complete the job, Bobby was able to figure out the way to have it completed.
