meh, not the best. They broked 2/2 glasses while I was there for 45 min.. including mine..

Appointment for 13hrs. Left my car at 1230hrs. Went back at 3pm. Car still outside where I left it. Were behind I was told. Said wait until 5pm . Odd that several cars that were not there when I dropped off mine were in the garage being worked on or finished.Staff needs to know customer service. Rude and not helpful.

Very nice and kind reception, very fast TAG installation.

I visited this Lebeau location to install a TAG system. My own personal experience is that they installed my Tag system and gave back my véhicule in an unacceptable dirty condition. Instead of being remorseful they immediately went to the excuses saying that it is because it is winter and they said they would clean it. However the real bad situation is seeing how they treated other clients. One poor lady that had water damage to her Subaru and according to the Subaru dealer was caused by an incorrectly installed windshield done by Lebeau was told by one salesperson that the problem is fixed, and then was contradicted by the other one that was supposedly the manager. The manager said that might possibly leak again and was not caused by the windshield installation. When the poor lady asked whether they would take care of the damages the manager started saying that the customer should have seen the problem right away and since it happened a while ago they would not probably cover it. She also mentioned that should would need to speak to the owner but she probably would not get a hold of him since it was 4 o’clock. As soon as the customer got out the door she hypocritically and immediately had her boss on the phone and she went in a back closet to speak to him. Why did she not call him with the customer there? Another customer came in that had a windshield reinstalled as his camera was not working. I felt lucky just having a dirty car after paying them. Other customers got much worse service than me. When I confronted the manager about my issues with my dirty car as well as what I had witnessed. She started giving me a moral lesson on how I was a bad person. I agree that I told them what I thought, but seeing how they manipulated good people, I had to tell them. After listening a couple of minutes to the manager give me a lecture I decided to clean my car myself and told her to leave. Buyer beware, this is not a place you want to bring your car even though the insurances recommend it. Bring it to the dealer where they at least take responsibility for their mistakes. Lebeau in Blainville stay away. In about 45 minutes I saw enough to never step foot in there again. If you have any trouble with an installation do not expect a solution from them.
