I went to get my nails done here last week for my birthday. I asked for a shellac manicure, and my experience was both painful and unsatisfying. The woman doing my nails cut my finger twice and we had to wait a few minutes to get the blood to stop. Days later I still have ugly red spots around my nail, and it hurt to run them under water. There are also spaces around the edge of the nail without polish, and there is already chipping in less than a week. I’ve been here before and enjoyed my experience, but this experience will make me go somewhere else for any future manicures.

I don't really want to give them any stars but 2 just because they were kind enough to fit me in right before the holidays. Experience was poor. Nail job poor. Atmosphere was cold and loud and very bare. Anyways here are pictures for proof -- nails after 1 day.

Went in for a fill. Everyone doing my nails was in a knit hat and a puffy winter jacket it was so cold in this business. Complained about the temperature 2 times and nothing was done. Reminded me of when i came in the summer for a fill and it was so hot in there i thought i was going to pass out. I understand trying to cut the costs in a business but freezing people out or sweating them out isn't the time to do that. I shouldn't have to be in a coat, hat and scarf to be a comfortable temperature getting my nails done. Temperature issues aside the workers are very rough on your nails i would not recommend anyone go here, for 50$ you can have a better experience at the nail shop in the mall and you wont be frozen or sweating.

Love my pedicure from Julie. She was great! She did not rush and was meticulous. All staff were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Very nice! Pretty standard nail salon. Only thing was that they didn’t tell me at the start what nail polish colours were available to pick for regular nail polishes so I was a little confused because i had chosen from the shellac colours and had to re-pick, but it was really good for the price. (around $50 for acrylics) loved my set.

First time ever getting a pedicure done and loved the message and the bath my feet got. They are smooth, clean and fresh. Nail polish turned out great. I felted relaxed.There was one thing that bothered me was only one person working that seem to know English and understand the English speaking people. They only spoke their language. I know what is like to talk another language and can tell when someone is talking about clients in the building. I found it rude!!Overall did a great a job on my nails!!
