Great experience. I was so last minute, but they found a way to help me. I've called friday afternoon and Saturday at noon those papers were at Canada Post.Thank you very much for magic.

I cannot recommend Jason Zhang enough! I am a Realtor and recently had a client with a very tight closing. All notaries and lawyers were unable to take it on and even though Jason was extremely busy and very pressed for time, he was able to accommodate us and have it completed on time, I was amazed! Jason will go above and beyond and I am certainly referring ALL future clients to him! Thank you so much Jason!! I wish I was able to post more stars!!!

I came all the way from Vancouver because I trust James with my personal affairs. He is highly educated, kind and patient and explains things clearly. I won't go to any one else. If there were 7 stars I would give it to James.

Jason was amazing. He came in after hours to help us in a pinch. Was patient and attentive to all my questions. He even had a good sense of humour even when I had him working late. I would recommend Jason anytime to anyone. Ask for Jason your experience will be 100 percent better.

Five stars for Jason and team for accommodating me as a walk-in client for a simple document notarization. Appreciate the convenience and quick turnaround. Reading through the Google reviews, I understand why many people are uneasy about Jason’s work style. I’m okay with it as long as my document gets notarized.

I called their office to inquire that my ankle is fractured and I am not suppose to be putting weight, can Jason come to my car to validate my identity and notarise my document, the lady on the phone started yelling at me and said no he will not come you don’t know how it works, you need to be in the office, I simply said ok I understand and I was asking just to help my medical condition and I told her that there was no reason to be rude like that and she said something which I could not understand and then she hang up; I went to the office and the same lady after seeing my cast and crutches she aggressively asked are you the same girl who called me rude over the phone, I said yes and I am still finding you rude, she yelled and said I am not going to serve you, you can ask Jason if he wants to serve you. I was shocked honestly and I’m still confused why exactly she behaved like that and she had no empathy at all; I got the job done from them because I needed it done asap and in my condition I didn’t want to go through the hassle again. I will never ever go to this place again the worst customer service.

I found Mr. Zhang to be a very rude and unprofessional person. I am very sorry I ever took my business to him. Fortunately I took my business to Althouse Notary, across the street, on Bowen's road, and had a very pleasant experience and the best service. Mr. Zhang is actually rude. You hardly see that kind of attitude in Canada. Apparently he has left China but China had not left him.

After explaining to Jason what we needed notarized, he sat down at the front desk and put his head on the desk and just say there. I will never recommend him. Jason was very unprofessional and the service was atrocious.

I am a Chinese person. Because it is owned by a Chinese. Last year I went to consult the business. Some questions we are not clear. Zhang is very impatient and unprofessional. The whole communication was in Chinese. Until one of the professional English words in the communication process I do not know what it means. I asked him what it meant. He told me to look it up myself. If I know it myself. Why would I ask you. Of course he did not care. I am not the only client. Finally we went to Vancouver to finish my paper work .good luck ZhangJim
