Doctors Urgent Care Center & Pharmacy

This place is a joke, the receptionist are horrible at both communicating information and returning phone calls. To book a doctor's appointment you have to leave a msg on their phone, their msg states you would receive a call back in 12hrs.....I waited 3 days and still didn't get a call back. When I could not wait any longer and walked in I was told the clinic didn't take walk in patients anymore and that I must call to book an appointment. After going in circles with this logic Iended up going straight to the ER. Save your self the time and effort.......trust me just find another doctor's office.

1 star is too much. I must agree with most of what I have read. I love Dr. Babar - he is a caring, competent, friendly doctor but his staff are the absolute worst. As someone else said, zero people skills - a bunch of robots. I called for an appointment - have to leave a message (always). Left my name, phone number and reason for my call. When they called back, they asked for my name and reason for my call (this happens every time). No appt available till end of July. So I asked for them to call my pharmacy to renew my prescriptions. They said to have the pharmacy call them to request a renewal. With all these negative reviews and no changes, I doubt any of the doctors ever see them. THey must be screened by the horrible staff. If there were any other choice for a family doctor (good luck with that!) I'd do it, even though I realllllly like Dr. Babar.

The receptionist here is always very rude and totally unprofessional. Waiting time is sometimes more than 5 hours. Awful service! She tells that she can not give estimated waiting time, that means they want the patients to wait in the clinic for more than 4-5 hours. So that they can call anytime they want. They have zero value for other people's time. How are they managing this clinic?? Horrible!! The only 1 thing I like here is Dr. Babar, he is very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Beenish Arif, is a brilliant professional.She is our family doctor since 2015. Always smiling, and eager to get to the bottom our medical challenges.Just a hopeful wish that we get similar response from everyone in that clinic.

Only giving a one star for the doctors at this location. Dr. Arif is a sweetheart and is very knowledgeable. She has been my family doctor for the last 5 years and I really like her.On the other hand, the receptionist at this location are absolutely terrible. They have no work ethics at all, no customer service skills AT ALL, and they’re very rude and don’t care about the patients. I’ve been waiting over a week now to schedule a virtual appointment (yes VIRTUAL), I’ve called every day for a week and they keep saying that my Dr’s assistant will call me tomorrow. But I have not heard a thing.When you call they will pick up the phone and tell you to hold, you wait 20 minutes and then the phone call ends. I’ve never had such bad customer service before in my life. The Markham location isn’t as terrible, but still I called there as well and I haven’t heard back from her assistant. Why is this place called Doctors URGENT Care???

I really don’t understand the poor reviews. The receptionists and doctors are very nice and informative. Been going here for years and never had any issues. Dr. Sara Imran and Dr. Babar in particular are amazing.

When I first started as a patient here, it was fantastic! The doctors were wonderful, caring and supportive, the receptionists did their job and you could actually see your doctor. Now, you can't get in to see a doctor, no one answers the phone and, when you do see a doctor about legitimate concerns, they LAUGH at you. I'm actively looking for a new family doctor that doesn't leave their patients in the lurch. Don't use this office of you're smart.

urgent care" with reviews saying it's a walk in

We book an appointment at 4:30pm and due to traffic we are late we came at 4:45 so we thought they will still accommodate us as appointment was book so they let us sit and wait.A lady came without appointment and was telling to the receptionist that just let her know that she was outside they let her go inside without appointment just a walk in clinic this unfair with those patients that have a schedule.They should change how they deal with their patients they should be fair.

This is the worst walking clinic I've ever been to!. The reception have no respect for clients, they're very rude, disrespectful and they have no Customer service skills. The wait time is over 3 hours and scheduling is all over the place. Even if you book an appointment it's still a 2 hour wait so don't go here don't waste your time. I feel sorry for the doctors because they're very good at what they do. But the front line customer service receptions are very unprofessional and need ti be re-trained.
