Horrible service. Very lazy. At a private property who has signs posted this company takes care of issues with parking and towing need they flat out refused to do what they claim they provide. Horrible business and service.

Absolute disgrace of a business. Would give 0 stars if I could. Owners and management have absolutely no system of record keeping and in fact should be audited and shut down by the CRA. The fact that Regina Police Service uses this impound lot is a complete shame as well. Workers here are the most unhelpful people you'll ever meet in your life. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer service. They told me they were open 7 days a week. I asked them for a part. Yes we have it. Pick it up tomorrow. I called the next day, they still didn't have the part off the car. Ok call me when its off. A week later, still no phone call.I went and bought a brand new part for only pennies more.

Extremely unprofessional. Handles customers with complete ignorance. No room for customer service or professionalism in sight. When having trouble finding the location I am yelled at over the phone. The yard itself is extremely crowded, junky, and not well taken care of. Avoid at all costs.
