Well organized and the staff are always so kind and helpful! Also they had a better price on puppy pools (bought for my child) that were almost double the price at another store in town.

I can’t say enough about my customer service experience here at the eagle landing PetSmart. Very respectful staff and today we have taken advantages of the grooming services offered. The staff have taken care of our furry little friend with lots of love & patience.No one can beat the price for their grooming services which was $18 + tax.It took about 1 1/2 hours for him to get groomed and you will receive a phone call once your pet is ready to be picked up.He even got an adorable tie ☺️Highly recommend to call in ahead of time for making sure that you will not need to wait long for an appointment as they sure are very busy.Thanks Team PetSmart!!!

I am generally happy with Pet Smart. They have a good selection on most things, and they often have good prices on holiday toys, harnesses, and outfits. They are also usually knowledgeable and helpful. I gave them four stars because yesterday when I went there the sales lady wouldn't let me do a straight return on something had I bought online. She said she couldn't do the straight return because the receipt didn't have a till number. So, she had to do an exchange instead. I wanted to do a return, because I had a coupon, and I wanted to use the coupon for the new items I was getting. However, when I got home, I noticed that the online receipt said that I could return it in store for a full refund. I'm not sure if the sales lady was new and just didn't know that, but either way, it upset me a little, because I wasn't able to use a coupon that would've saved me around $20 on my order. If it wasn't for this incident, I would've given them 5 stars.

This store tends to be messy and has trip hazards around. They left their flat bed in the aisle, while it's placed to the side, the aisle is narrow and it's hard to navigate. They also left a ladder in the aisle with the safety chain unlatched.

their treatment of fish is quite bad, 20% of their bettas are on the brink of death, or already dead, an employee told me that they get 150 bettas shipped in per month, would rate one star but it's not all this location's fault, it's the company's fault. the mr. pets in Abbotsford is the best chain pet store i've been to, they give out good fish keeping advice and genuinely care for their fish.

The staff at Petsmart Chilliwack are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. If they were nuclear of an answer, instead of guessing they had got a staff that was able to help. I feel honored to be stepping through there from the doors. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB PEEPS!!

We were very happy with Max's first grooming experience. He is only 5 months old - a Goldendoodle. Katie was very caring and made sure she didn't do anything out of his comfort zone. Next time we will be able to do a bit more and build up his confidence - Thankyou Katie !

Peter was extremely helpful by telephone today with an online order I had placed for a dog bed. He went and confirmed some questions that I had almost right away despite being a very busy day and called me back almost immediately and left a thorough message with two options for me. I was so happy he was able to find the product that I wanted and I can't wait to go pick it up. Thank you Peter so much I really appreciate it!
