Lovely views. Easy hike for most part. There are some hills but comfortable. Lots of things to see. Fall time should be more scenic though. Lots of shades as well. Lily pads, water snakes and lots of birds. Area for picnics. Paid parking

What a hidden gem! We did a trail that shared all kinds of info about Indigenous plant medicines. Signs throughout sharing pictures and history, well marked trail signs, well maintained paths, nice lookouts and even a couple boxes with prerecorded teachings from an Indigenous Elder. Definitely worth the $10 to park for the day.

A beautiful forest and marshland! I saw a few chipmunks. There are few look out points. The terrain is a little even at times and some hills are a little steep. Proper footwear is a must. There is a $10 fee for entry for non members.

This is a great trail to go walking in the winter time. This part of the trail does have some hills to climb. Once you do make it to an open area, you can start walking on the frozen water, what an experience.

A great place for a walk along wooded trails onto open shoreline and reeded marshland. Lots of diversity. You can go for a ride or walk/hike, and it can be short or long if you do the loop around the entirety of Cootes Paradise. We saw a deer shortly after starting on the trail, so keep your eyes open and don't make too much noise. Watch for ticks. I found one on me later. TIP: Parking is paid in the lots but you can find some street parking for free in some areas.

Wonderful trail for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of garden but one thing disappointed me. There is NO BIKES allowed in any trail to preserve the different plants and roots as biker poses danger to flora and fauna. I especially came to bike around the whole trail but come to know about restrictions from people walking on trail. If biker stays in marked trails there should be no danger to the biodiversity of the park.

Absolutely gorgeous with varying levels of hiking trails, a lot to see and helpful information all around. Fun for the whole fam and there is no shortage of things to do, also lots of rest spots.
