Worst place to rent rent cost is really high. There is no communication between on-site representatives head office, and the tenant and on-site representatives are not that trustworthy would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Awesome crew of people! Extremely new ce property and apartment, clean and well maintained. The managers here at 107-108 Ridgeway place always take the extra steps to maintain the building and provide amazing personal attention to each tenants requests and needs. Great work guys!!!

Arguably the best apartments in Belleville. Extremely clean and professionally managed. The on-site Manger, Nichole, was quick to respond to any matter. Highly recommended apartments !!!!!

I am so happy to be in one of these apartments. The staff are very friendly, the apartments are beautiful, well looked after, cleaned, redone and I am taking through to see and approved by me. I will love living here and if anyone is looking for this type of apartment, this is the one.

This 5-star review is not one I would have given a couple of years ago. However, there have been definite improvements, most notably the property manager, Nicole, and her colleague (sorry, I don't know her name). I now feel appreciated and respected as a renter here, and it makes for a better overall experience. Good deeds and hard work need to be recognized - kudos!

Beautifully managed property. I enjoyed living in the condo. My only concern was how high the utility bills were for the size of the condo, but asides that, I was 100% satisfied.

I love my apartment. The superintendent or manager is really nice and always ask how I’m doing. The new guy that’s here that cleans is doing a pretty good job as he’s always busy and never seems to stop.

Great quality unit in Belleville! I had great experience with Nicole (the property manager) during my stay. If you are looking for a high quality place to stay, this is the best choice in Belleville region.
