I was rushed out, skin was broken and torn, bubbles in the gel, ugly French tip, and misshaped. Very unpleasant and unimpressed, won’t be coming back

Lee did my nails today. They are awful! I explained 3 times while sitting there that they were all different shapes and asked her to fix them. My nail is missing acrylic on the side(middle and first finger), they are different shapes, wavey, and I have airbrush all over my fingers still, and flooded with acrylic under the nail. The nice lady beside her was telling her how to fix them, but Lee kept sighing at me as if she was inconvenienced by me asking to make them look half decent.$90 for a mani and full set. How? Pedicure was great, but she should not be playing with acrylic.I called after and she offered to fix them. I would have to go back. When I asked “why couldn’t they have been done properly the first time” she responded “ya. We do that”I asked for HALF of the cost of the acrylic back, and she said “no” .A couple weeks back my friend had a very similar situation with her nails with Lee and will be leaving her review also.Now I have to go to a reputable nail place and pay to have them fixed . Lol why would I go back to Lee to fix them when he had the opportunity 3 times when I mentioned it to her, and she didn’t (that’s a no brainer)Ocean is more worried about Making a dollar then actually servicing their customersI posted picture on their fb to back up all my claims here

My friend and I went in first time experience here we both got pedicure and acrylic ombré nails. The lady I had was wRushing didn’t do a full massage nail polish was all over my skin didn’t put slippers on, she wanted me to walk barefoot to go sit down to get my manicure.I then waited 10 minutes as that lady helped seat other customers, and then a different lady came to do my manicure, I had an inspo picture I had shown her.. and well it wasn’t even close to what I wanted she didn’t put my nails on straight and I needed to ask her to remove the nail polish from the skin on my toes and fingers. I have glue all under my nails. When I went to pay I asked for money to be taken off as I told her my concerns and she said no. (My friend had blotches all over her nails and they missed the sides, mine was uneven and very lumpy, and well wasn’t even close to what I showed her ( I’ve had ombré done and it didn’t look like this)The prices didn’t add up as me & my friend got the same thing and she paid 98 and mine came up too $107 - she said you pay for ombré as well as two different colours to do the ombré. I also had to ask them to do my cuticles and I paid extra for that. They were not accommodating at all and just didn’t care about what I had to say.Don’t waste your money at this place!!I’m very disappointed in the customer service here, very rude.I have a place I always get my nails done and LOVE them, but they were closed today and I thought hey let’s try somewhere else.

I went in with my mom to get my nails done, and my mom wanted both hand and feet done. I wanted my feet done, as I was getting my toes done I changed my mind and I told the lady there that I wanted my hands done and she straight up said no. And I said sorry? And she said no, and I asked why and she said I have this lady to do and I was like okay but there are 4 of you and 2 of us who are wanting their nails done and she said “no”. Also, when the lady who was doing my feet she pressed so hard that left a bruise on my leg, she was not paying attention whatsoever. I was very upset and will not be coming back to this place again!

I come here for my shellac manicures and Jenny is the best and sweetest!They take their time and have an amazing selector polish colours! My go to!

TLDR; Great customer service, attention to detail, communication, and vibes. You will feel comfortable, welcome, cared for, and leave satisfied.Decided to come here one day after having a bad experience at another salon, added benefit being that it was closer to home. From the second I stepped in the staff were so friendly. I feel welcome and comfortable there. They always put customer service first in my experience, taking the time to make sure that the customer is happy with the work they’re doing. First time I went there I wanted this silver metallic strip on my nails, the nail tech was putting so much effort into making sure it was done properly since the material wasn’t being very easy to work with. They spent so much time painstakingly placing it down and others also came around to make sure everything was okay with me and the nails (I think my tech was in training?). Regardless, she did an amazing job and actively communicated with me throughout the process making sure I was happy. And when I ruined my nails the day after (i had used a loofah glove in the shower which scraped at the nails) and the shiny material had begun to barely peel off, they fixed it no charge, and those nails lasted over a month. They also remember their customers after just one visit- and over a month apart- which is a nice detail and in my personal opinion quite impressive, shows that they care and put the same amount of effort into each customer. Overall the best salon I’ve been to yet, absolutely nothing bad to say! Give these guys a shot! I always see people enjoying their time here :)Included photo of what they did for me yesterday. All the nail technicians are very kind and accommodating. Good service and quick too.
