Dr. Fremit is great. I’d give 5 stars but Reception loses marks. Judging by other recent reviews I am not alone.They rarely answer the phone. Their voicemail message says they WILL return your call (they say that twice), but they do not. So you have to call several times until you finally catch a live voice to make an appointment.It wasn’t always this way and I did notice a change in staff at my last visit. It’s a shame because Dr. Fremit is a very capable and personable dentist. Hopefully he will address it, as I expect he may lose patients if he doesn’t.

The Office ((TAYLOR)) called a day in May, saying a cancellation had come up within a 2 hr window could I come, explained cannot accomodate as ~I coming from Harrison, also an opening next morning at 0900, explained cannot do, then TAYLOR WAS TALKING OVER** ME, NON STOP TALKING,, NOT CARING TO HEAR WHAT I WAS CONTRIBUTING TO THE CONVERSATION.....AGAIN, (((((OVER POWERING)))) ME BY HER TALK. SHE WAS RELENTLESS !!!! && HUNG UP ON ME !!!! ....I SPEAK HIGHLY of JUDY-HYGENIEST- t0/10 and also that of DARLENE-Bookkeeper.I feel strongly-MANY of these reviews are over inflated, as I see it.Chances are, Dr Wisam does not** review these and sort out Fact from Fiction.TAYLOR, MORE THAN DOWN RIGHT RUDE, ABSOLUTELY NO TACT OR DIPLOMACY..IF THAT IS HOW SHE CONDUCTS HER PERSON TO THE PUBLIC COMING THROUGH THOSE DOORS, PATIENTS CAN AND WILL* GO ELSEWHERE.SHE IS NO BREATH OF FRESH AIR, SURELY HE CAN DO BETTERLiked the care I received from Dr WISAM, but will not return, I will not be spoken to in such a manner, may this be an eye opener....Downright SNARLY !!! .... AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT GREATLY NEEDED...... THE FRONT DEST REPRESENTS THE ENTIRE OFFICE.....MAY THIS BE AN EYE OPENER TO DR WISAM.

Dr. Wisam is an excellent dentist. He takes the time to explain every procedure. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

The receptionists and team at Young Street are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Omar Wisam has a very reassuring manner and uses photos and X-rays to help explain procedures clearly. I’m very happy with all the treatment I have received there.

I had an appointment canceled in which i didnt know about but when i arrived they told me it was cancelled and i didnt have a ride home so darliene and taylor the receptionists were able to give me a ride home and were very very nice.

I went here once after needing a dentist and experiencing tooth pain. After a full history, x-rays, and an exam I was told that I had a fractured tooth and needed a root canal and a crown. It didn't sit right with me so I went to Valley Dental instead after getting referred by people I know. My tooth wasn't fractured, I just grind my teeth and it was causing pain. I saved a lot of money and avoided an unnecessary procedure by getting a second opinion.

Dr Wisam and his amazing staff were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards me was something I truly appreciated. Taylor and Darlene , the receptionists were so welcoming and answered all my questions regarding my insurance plans and went above and beyond accommodating my schedule.

The receptionist refused me service stating that my questions were harassment. Chilliwack dental center was happy to help after i was told by young street to go elsewhere. They answered all my questions, booked me in sooner and beat young streets price.Hopefully this helps the next customer.

Positively the best care that I havereceived in my 55 years. Omar is a exceptional skilled dentist, as well as his team working with him. I had a crown that was needing extra special attention to detail. All went better than expected. Thank you all.

The dentist over diagnoses and the receptionists are rude. Dont ever go to a Dental office owned by dental corp. They're the worst. I took a chance when I moved out to chilliwack because I got tired of driving to Vancouver learned the hard way I rather travel then ever come back here.
