Fortinos Hamilton Mall Rd

I enjoyed my shopping experience here today. Well set up floorplan, well marked isles and loved their many clearance sales. Great customer service from the floral department and fruit and vegetables area. I will be returning as the experience has made a great place to shop impression on myself. The staff also helped me find what I was seeking and answered all my questions by getting answers via contacting head office. Now that is great service.

Fortinos is not only a great supermarket with quality fresh food and everything you need on your grocery list, it's a great place to grab a coffee, snack, or even a meal. The food is always fresh and hot. Love their bagels and muffins.

Fortinos is always a pleasure, the meat, seafood, fresh produce, the service always great. I do have a problem getting past the prepared food area, pizza and those darn pastries that look soooooo good. They make shopping for groceries a pleasant experience. Prices are competitive as well.

Perfect one stop shop. This is where I go to buy all my seafood. Excellent quality. The people behind the counter are knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the product.

Always a pleasure shopping at the Mall Road location. When I walk into other Fortino's locations I feel as though I'm a stranger in a strange land. Mall Road makes me feel like I'm at home. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My two favourites are at the service counter and are named Angela and Debbie. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with. The store is very organized and always clean. For people that might say it's expensive to shop at Fortino's you can always rely on other alternatives. Sale items in the weekly flyer are always very useful at a great savings. The reduced rack at the back of the store provides many items at 50% off. You can always find bakery items at the end of every day as well at a huge savings. Check out Mall Road and I promise that you won't be disappointed.

The staff are very friendly, the discount section is always loaded with goodies, there is a wide range of selection, even products from different countries and healthy food! Everything is organized very well, anyone with any diet will find food they love! Fortinos recently changed their bags and I am very happy, I finally have a bag that fits bulk bathroom tissues perfectly and it doesn't break and it's very affordable too! My cat and I approve!! This is the only grocery store I go to now!

I have always trusted Fortinos for quality and they've not let me down yet. I have to write a review about the stir fry that is inside the store. Beyond delicious and an awesome serving sizes the staff are so incredibly friendly . Above and beyond what I expected.

Love the place. Produce always fresh.Could use work with the online process as I don't think the kids they have picking up groceries for online orders don't seem to understand quality (my parents use).Selection (in-person) always good.
