The HR, management and supervision staff are all unapologetic robots and are absolutely unqualified. If you NEED a job then this place is for you but dont stay more than a couple months. This scum hole is filled with degenerates. They don't treat their employees properly. DO NOT WORK HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING.

I wish I could rate it no stars. This place doesn’t care about you, you are just another number to them. I booked vacation off 2 months in advance and they still declined it. I had to take a leave of absence and they made me feel terrible about it and when I came back they were clearly still angry about it. 0/10 would not recommend.

You do not get paid enough to deal with the cliebt and the managements BS. Its a good temp job if youre in a bind but not worth staying years. Schedual will change without notice. They get tjeir employees to come do a review on here to make them look good

I liked working there coworkers were friendly H.R staff were very helpful when needed, pay was fine for minimum wage you could make more depending on your sales. Over all in my opinion a fun place to work with great people around you.

A decent place to work if you can snag an inbound contract. The co-workers here are all wonderful, and management is great. The pay is typically minimum wage, and depending on your contract, commission can either be great (12$/sale) or terrible (0.75$/sale).All in all, well recommended and all there claim it's the best call center to work at in the area.
