Today I got my stiff neck and legs fixed with an hour session with Kevin. He is very knowledgeable about the muscle groups affected by your daily life and he will skillfully treat your ache with his massage techniques. He specializes in sports therapy so expect him to go find and undo all your deep hidden stiff knots that you built up from exercising playing sports. It might hurt like hell sometimes but you feel hella good after.

It was a very good experience, the massage was strong and I really felt that my muscles worked, I think that it is exactly what I need to be able to cure my chronic muscular pain, very good customer service, I am coming back definitely

I came to Kevin after a referral from my coach for a lower back injury I had been struggling with for MONTHS, I was skeptical at first but he completely fixed my back in 20mins, I could not believe it. A few months later, I came back with a hamstring injury, and again, he fixed it in one session. I could never recommend Kevin enough and I could never be grateful enough for his skills!

I met Kevin a couple of years ago, and I can confidently say that his massage clinic offers the best therapy I've ever received! The entire team of therapists is incredibly talented and impressive. Whether it's long-term pain, muscle aches, or contractures, they can fix it all! I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Looook no further! Especially if you are an athlete that needs to improve recovery. They truly know how to cater to your needs and have deep understanding of anatomy. Being athletes themselves, the therapists have a deeper understanding of the human body. Absolutely recommend!

Excellent service. I got there with horrible back, neck and shoulder pain. Could barely move. I was almost 3 days like this, taking medication and it wouldn't improve. I had an one hour appointment with massage therapist Taylor Yeung, she was amazing. She asked lots of questions, was really caring and attentive to my pain and discomfort. After the session I was able to move again with very minimum pain. She was very attentive and friendly. I support recommend.

Great intro to Animal Flow! It was a chill, fun class which pushed my fitness level in a new and interesting way. Taylor is a kind, patient and knowledgeable teacher - I'm already looking forward to a next session :)
