I went here 10 min before they closed and they were smokin’ busy. Despite looking overwhelmed I still got the greatest service! You guys mean a lot to a lot of people. Thanks for all the hard work you do.

Severely understaffed here... Most of the staff prioritize drive thru and in store orders get the least priority.... Waited 20 minutes and when I went to inquire they told me they didn't have the drink I wanted... It took 20 minutes and an inquiry for them to tell me anything... Completely unacceptable!!!

I hate to give a bad review as I actually really like Starbucks. However, as nice and as friendly the staff are, the drinks took an insanely long time and especially for a mobile order as it seems that 100% of the focus seems to be on serving the drive through as a priority.Other than that, tasty drinks (love a matcha latte, especially Iced on a cool day) and a very convenient location just off Vedder Park!

My best friend and I went to this Starbucks to get beverages for my 19th birthday! I've been to this Starbucks before, typical, good, sure. What was different about my trip to Starbucks today, is that my service that I had experienced was the best, most amazing service I have ever endured in my lifetime. Andrew, the cashier combined all 5 of my best friends giftcards into one, allowed her to choose her design. (she picked a gingerbread man) Andrew also overheard AJ, a fellow Barista say happy birthday to me so he gave me a birthday drink for free!I need to also mention, that after the short wait time, the drinks that were set on that table, with a beautiful, kind and passionate smile looked fantastical. Words cannot express how yummy and delicious these drinks taste. I have never had a better drink from Starbucks in my life.I'm not even joking, my best friend and I stopped our walk with our drinks to write this review because that's how amazing the service was today. THANK YOU! AJ AND ANDREW!!!We ordered venti Caramel crunch frap and a venti mocha cookie frap btw (:

My son and me went to the dog park one evening this week and he got really thirsty. The water fountain in the park was off so I thought… where to go to get a cup of water… Starbucks was the closest and since there was no one in the line up I drove through and asked for an iced cup of water and a normal one… I got to the window and they were ready to be picked up. I felt so bad for not ordering anything else and a little shy I said Thank You. “Oh, your very welcome! ANYTIME!”Thank you so much for being sooo sweet and kind to us!! ❤️⭐️
