Excellent customer service! I was 2 hours away and Stéphane Myre was very responsive to answering my email questions and providing pricing. Store staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful when I arrived for pick up. Overall purchasing experience was excellent. Would gladly do more business in the future and recommend to others.

This is an excellent place to shop for Kawasaki, Can-Am, Bombardier ski doo, etc. Everything for you needs.But most of all, we are super satisfied with Graham working in the parts department he is very professional, knows what he is talking about, helping to find what you are looking for and explaining the products that are appropriate for your vehicles. I did speak with owner before leaving this review, speaking both side of the mouth coming here to minimize the impact of a negative review, sure they says customer satisfaction is important but doing nothing to fix the problem. Sales and service department are as bad as it is possible to be, unfortunately to their advantage they are not the only ones, but entitled business like this one will not get any of my business.
