Beer On Wheels

Well they were definitely a 4.5 till a week ago when they decided they wouldn't deliver to my building due to a bed bug issue I could understand if they had to come inside but I always met the driver at the back door if they change this decision I'll be happy to change the rating as I was a customer for the past 5 years

I have never ordered beer/wine for delivery before and I guess I won't going forward. Website says within the hour, it took 2 1/2 hours. The driver says he ran out of gas and then he said he had a screw in his tire. Delivey charge was $25!!!! He said it is because how far out I live. I literally live 12 minutes from the LCBO - 12 minutes...... $25 dollars! Nothing on the website shows this. Now, the driver was nice when he called the first time to say he is running late, he was at the LCBO and asked a few questions about my delivery that was above and beyond regular service. But running out of gas and saying a screw was in his tire - not cool.

Worst experience in delivering. Not on the driver's, on the dispatcher. There is better cheaper delivery services out there seek them out

Delivery service was great , the person who took my order give me the wrong rates so it came out a bit more than expected. Their fees are alright

The driver's canceled 2 deliveries in one day. Terrible service will never call this company again for delivery waited 4 hours for them to respond and tell us that they canceled the order again and that they won't be accepting orders from us anymore as they went to the wrong address. They never even told us they were there waiting for 5 minutes before they left.

100% recommend!! Every time I have called, the person is super friendly and helpful! The response time is absolutely amazing! Sure on a busy weekend it may take some time, however just for an example... Today is Monday and from time I called to delivery was under 25min!! Absolutely incredible and from the person you order from to the driver it's an epic experience!!! FYI this is a delivery service that does an amazing job, obviously if you went to a store it would be cheaper... add $$ for your usual order and ensure you give a good tip because this service is worth it!100% 5 star service!
