My mother and I had a excellent experience at this store which we happened upon by chance in the Public Market. We will certainly be back. Sid provided outstanding service and willingness to share his expertise and knowledge about the chocolate industry. He enriched our experience with his explanations regarding the different chocolate manufacturers and farmers, conveyed in an easy, engaging professional manner - which left us craving a greater understanding of the chocolate industry all around us, but which we rarely stop to better understand. The products in the chocolate boutique make a perfect gift. The selection was so well curated and offers a treat for the senses. The perfect Thankyou-token or hostess gift.

Extensive variety of quality chocolate sourced from all over the world! Delicious! Locally made antipasto, red paper jelly and salsas also available. Very knowledgeable owner! Great place for any chocolate connoisseur.

This place is really exceptional. The variety of chocolate is astounding! The flavours are all so unique and wonderful, a great idea for a gift or a special treat.The canned goods are also delicious. I have bougth so many of them now I have a lot going in the fridge! Sometimes I just eat a spoonful of salsa, I can't recommend them enough!

A total gem. The staff are really lovely and have always done a great job of bringing the customer into the purchasing process.The last time I ordered, I was ill, so I selected the free local delivery option and my chocolate came safe and sound within 3 business days.

We get to experience his far range of talents from chef at his own fabulous restaurant to his new location of The Chocolate Project in the sleek Atrium. He is a wealth of information that can only deepen your love for the chocolate you purchase and share. Let him assist you in selecting the perfect product for your next gift, dinner party or indulgence. They have over 350 bars from 60 artists from various parts of the world. This is a mainstay for locals so if you are a tourist in Victoria this should be a perfect stop for yourself or a treat for someone or colleagues back home. Your depth your knowledge will increase with a stop here.

Such an amazing store, run by the most awesome local couple! They are not only extremely active in the local Victoria food and Market scene, they are avid travelers who can offer a variety of knowledge and fun stories behind all their products.Paige makes the darn best canned goods, and David's selection of chocolate is outstanding. If you are looking for something special to add to a gift package, or a treat for yourself, stop in to The Chocolate Project.
