Our family has been with this clinic for 25 yrs. Although most of the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful, a few in reception have a tendency to speak with a condescending, disrespectful tone. Management needs to address this.A BIG thank you" to Helen in Reception for her ongoing kindness and professionalism."

Wonderful nurses and knowledgeable doctors. Receptionist customer service is mediocre. Dr Aldridge is the best, and even the other doctors who have covered for her have all been helpful. We are lucky to have her!

Lots of staff changes but happy that a couple of staff members are still there and amazing. Thank you Helen and Safris. Dr. House is so amazing.I've been a patient of Dr. S. House since Church Street Associates! Delivered both my children! An amazing doctor! Both my children now 21 and 27 are still patients!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sarah St. James for over 20 + years! She is a fabulous, caring, compassionate doctor who exemplifies patient care.The Reception and admin staff are very kind and accommodating as well as the nursing staff. Thank you for your service.

It makes me sad that I feel the need to rate this practice anything but five stars, as a multi decade customer, but I do. I’m tired of being treated indifferently at best, rudely at worst, by reception every time I attend an appointment. To the receptionist if you’re unhappy in your job, I get it, please just walk away.

I have been a patient of Dr Jane Aldridge for several decades. She is a beatutiful strong woman with a heart of gold. She never sugar coats anything, and if she is unsure of a diagnosis she is not afraid to investigate. When I had my children she gladly took them on as her patients. The Fantastic secrateries and experienced nursing staff have always been there for us and go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and answer any questions we may have. I am thankful to have Dr Robin Stirling as my family docor. She is compassionate, kind, and always takes the time to inform and educate.I mostly go there for my infant's routine checkups. There was also an occasion when my boy was sick and after a phone consultation with the doctor, she was able to see him on the same day. It really helped me navigate through my infant's first major illness.The clinic is new and clean. There's lots of parking around and several pharmacies where prescriptions can be picked up. They are usually punctual with the appointment times, and I haven't had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen.

Dr House has treated my family for over 30 years and we love being patients here. Their after hours clinic and Saturday clinic is a life saver especially with young kids always getting sick! Great staff great nurses and tons of available appointments
