Made an appt 2 weeks ago to have a service appt on my day off. Received a text the day before appt advising that my appt time was just a drop off time and that all appt are drop off and leave all day and that no waiting appointment is available. Had to cancel because i couldnt find a drive home.Having to leave vehicle all day for a 30 minute fix (that's being generous) is ridiculous. Terrible way to run a shop going to be calling around to see if this is standard practice for all dodge dealers now.(be cheaper to drive out of halifax then take $100 worth of cabs to drop off and pickup) if it's standard dodge dealers policy now it might be time to switch to a different truck. As I know of at least one dealer brand that still has a waiting appts...

Awful experience this morning. Was booked for a full service but when i show up they said its only possible to do an oil change but they could change my tires if needed - funny, because the day before the appointment i asked for a tire change and they said they have no time. Not a single sorry, no options provided for me as a customer. I'll never go to this dealer again, never.Customer service doesnt seem to be a known thing for the young lady at the front desk.

We are trying to purchase a new Chrysler vehicle through this dealership. We ordered the vehicle over 8 months ago and still have no idea when we will receive it. There has been no communication from them about the status of the vehicle. Every time they say they will follow up, they don’t. Nothing, not even a text. I’ve waited over a week since they last said they would follow up to post this and have heard nothing from them. There is no customer service here. They say there is problem between the manufacturer and the dealership so they don’t have good insight on status of vehicles so I wouldn’t recommend buying a new Chrysler from this dealership. Also, the GM is a mirage, after asking to speak to them numerous times I don’t believe they actually exist.
