Déménagement Tenor (Transtenor)

I cannot recommend Déménagement Tenor enough. We recently used their services for a cross-province move and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The team was on time, extremely friendly and super efficient (you could tell they all have many years of experience as movers and take their job very seriously). Dealing with the owner, Michel, on the phone was equally painless and the estimate he gave us was nothing but accurate. Michel's good spirits and willingness to accommodate our needs went beyond our expectations. Go with Tenor for your moving needs, you won't regret it!

Mom moved into an apartment. She had a ton of nick-nacks. All of them fragile and of high sentimental value. Plus there was a glass table and the huge china cabinet - lots of stress for her. But the move went flawlessly. They wrapped everything up, even boxed the chairs. The team was very professional. Highly recommend them if you care about your belongings.

They were hired to move furniture for some water damage. Everything went smooth and quickly!

The movers had no masks on. They barely protected my furniture with blankets. Many dents and scratches on my furniture. Missing many items. I don't recommend this company. Yet I had used them last year and they were flawless. They took many smoke breaks and lunch and charged me for it at $115.00 per hour.

Excellent service! Andrew Serge and Yedi did a PERFECT job on on June 30th moving our overfilled 4 1/2 appartment on the third floor to our new house. Very careful with everything, they work very fast even with the hot temperature.Also Michel came by and dropped a 4th worker and met me on site. I want you to know that high quality of service is greatly appreciated. He also sent a 30ft truck at my request because we had a LOT of boxes to move.Hopefully I won't ever have to move again but if I do, I know who to call! HIGHLY recommended, MUCH better than all my previous moving experiences.

I'm writing a review because of all the great reviews out there. I chose this company based on these reviews and it seems I unfortunately didn't have the same experience at all.First of all, I called them to see if there would be a charge for my upright piano. Since, it's an electrical piano, it has less weight then a typical piano. I told them the weight was 270 pounds. The person, Michel which I believe is the owner, told me there would be no problem at all. I asked him if he needed pictures for my furniture and he said that he didn't need to. The day of the move, the first thing the movers say is that there would be a charge for the piano and there should be one as well for my table.Bad start.Then, the main mover got really mad because I had four people helping me and said I wasn't ready which was completely false. I had already did 5 round trip to move stuff out of my 4 and a half condo before the day of the move. He apologized later to these four people and said the movers are under tremendous stress working 7 days a week which I can get, but I'm also paying a lot to have a stress free experience. The ambience started off so I asked my friend and family to get out and help at the second location. This cost me a good two hours in time.There is a big miscommunication between the movers and the owner. I can get the frustration of the movers, so I put the fault entirely on Michel here.Also, I was paying for 3 guys and one of them didn't do anything. The other two were much more efficient.At the end of the service, one of the mover agreed out of good faith to help me move the piano, but without the insurance coverage. I appreciated that, but I still had to do it while I wasn't supposed to. Also, one of the reasons to take movers is insurance.In the end, the move took 6 hours, but should have taken at least 5 if not 4 as there was a lot of time lost mostly because of the third person. They also took some cigarettes paid breaks.I also had to drive one hour and a half and get a box which they forgot.I had to pay for a new dishwasher as it broke after the move. The owner told me they don't put any cover below the appliances as it tears the towels. So Michel seem to care more about his towels then your belongings. He didn't want to call the insurance company for that.Hard pass for me.
