Great local small business in Kelowna. Staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They give advice about food and dental care that is better than some vets in town. They also have a points system. Support local!

They have fantastic customer service and a great selection of raw for my dog.

I had a beautiful experience today at the store. I felt so happy to have the outstanding service, good energy and happiness. My puppy loves his new toy , he had crazy night with that.

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Yes perhaps you pay slightly more than a big chain store (that's reality of local vs chain stores no matter that they sell). It's well worth it in my opinion, I'd rather support local small business, and Bone & Biscuit sells quality food and treats (not cheap garbage), plus in my experience, the big chain stores generally have staff who aren't necessarily knowledgeable about foods/brands/pets. I went to Bone & Biscuit today to get food for my puppy who seems to be having some allergy issues, so I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but the guy working there was super helpful, was more than happy to hear me out about my puppies issues, and was able to make suggestions as far as brands, prices, protein, and to return it if it didn't work out for her. They also have a rewards program, as well as a the buy X amount of bags

The owner was more helpful than our vet! Our dog was having issues with their breath and we were recommended some feeding changes and prebiotics which had her sorted out in less than a week! Great service.

I've been going to this sweet little shop for years and always mean to write a review to say how awesome they are. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, they provide customer care & service that's next to impossible to find in big box stores. They also carry a great selection of quality products. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place I will be coming back for all my cat needs. Great selection on cat food I was happy to pick a new flavour of the Arcana brand for my kitty. For the size of the store you wouldnt expect them to have so much variety in good quality toys BUT they do!!! The customer service is phenomenal so happy I tried this place out.
