Spent over $30k on a vehicle here and realized as soon as I got home there was condensation / water built up in one of the headlights. I immediately emailed my sales rep who stated repeatedly that they would fix anything required on the car before I bought it. After no response for a couple weeks I followed up again and was told the dealership would do nothing to fix the issue. Very disappointed in the lack of care or customer service. This issue was hidden when I first viewed the car as it was shown wet after a fresh wash and most likely not dried intentionally to hide the issue with the headlight.

We saw a new car available online and had a great experience with our sales rep Raj and the manager Marc.In a time when other dealerships were forcing add-ons (such as rust modules, warranties or service options), both Raj and Marc allowed the purchase of the car without any pressure to buy anything additional on top.Although we still got an additional warranty, at least it was up to the customer.Smooth process and friendly environment. Highly recommend it to friends and family!
