Junk King Syracuse

When I called last week to set this up, the staff was very helpful and professional. We needed your service as we were cleaning out the house due to my mom’s death. Anthony, in particular, was very accommodating and understanding. He helped to make setting up the dumpster very easy.

Arthur and his team of 2 did an excellent job of removal of a full sized refrigerator and a chest freezer from my basement. They were most careful and respectful of property, and pleasant and respectful to me as well. If I need removal again I will be sure to call. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Junk King! Very easy to schedule the job, great communication before, during and after the pickup, and the crew members were very efficient and extremely professional. The owner himself called the day before to go over all of the details, then called again afterwards to make sure we were happy. The amount charged was exactly what we were quoted on the phone - no surprises. Highly highly recommend!

The team from Junk King were great, and my only disappointment is that they did not take my paint. For the pricing I would have expected all items taken. If paint required special care, then do it. Otherwise a flawless experience.

Beyond easy! Booked online-confirmation was prompt-shocked at how early they were in my driveway-confirmed with a text! Pick reminder was amazing and again prompt to the agreed time. Will FOR SURE use this business again!

I was very impressed. They came when they said they would. They were very professional. I felt the price was very clear and fair. I said yes and they took everything right then. A couple things were very heavy and it was NO problem. If I had known how easy it would be, I would have gotten rid of a few of these items a long time ago. The guys were very nice and I wanted to hug them all for their help!

The only thing I wasn't happy about is we had to wait 3 hrs for them to arrive to give an estimate. It would have been nice if they called me to let me know they were running so far behind. The day of clean out was good. All the workers were very kind and respectful, they did a great job cleaning out.

I was first drawn to Junk King Syracuse when I saw a bright red, clean-looking dumpster with the company logo and large phone number on the side. It appeared professional and clean. My experience when I called was outstanding. This is the first time I ordered a dumpster and I had a lot of questions. Delivery and pickup were on time and I received a text message and phone call before both. The gentleman who dropped off the dumpster took special care to protect the driveway and answered additional questions I had. He was also professional and very friendly. The person who picked up the dumpster was also very friendly and spent a lot of time talking to my brother. The professional looking invoice was emailed to me the same day of the dumpster pickup. I don’t think I could have had a better experience renting a dumpster and will definitely use Junk King again!

I have used Junk King several times in the past and have been very satisfied with the removal. Today was, as usual, done in a very efficient manner and the 2 workers, Alex and Tyler, did an excellent job. They were friendly, helpful, and considerate! Another great job!
