Chatime

The girl who worked today’s afternoon shift was extremely rude, she has red hair but Cora who took my order was very courteous. What happened was that I was standing on the side waiting for my drink and I just heard someone saying “excuse me” with an attitude. I looked and I saw this red hair girl is back from her break or whatsoever, I realized that little table where they put the drinks can be lifted up as their staff’s entrance, so I already immediately gave my way to her and when I was about to grab the drink I put on the table, she already gave me a death stare and pointed at my drink very rudely. The whole interaction was just within 5 seconds, were I being slow to let you pass, did I deserve this to be honest? Working in retail is hard and sometimes you get frustrated for working a long day, which I understand as I used to work in retail but you don’t give attitude to innocent people. I don’t need you to smile at me 24/7 but at least be professional. You chose this job, no one forced you. And this girl probably doesn’t recognize me but she had shopped at where I worked before, I didn’t treat her the way she treated me. Treat people as the way you want to be treated, be respectful or maybe retail doesn’t fit you.

Normally love chatime but this branch is so so bad. The drinks are so watery, definitely not the normal Chatime standard. Even the colour is so pale. Quite disappointing. Please train your employees to make their drinks with care.

Came in at around 8pm today (I assume it was 1 hour before closing time, not 5 minutes) The cashier girl threw the payment machine at me with death stare and gave me the receipt without saying anything. Very disappointed on how you guys greeted customer. Drinks are 8/10 but the service is 0/10

The drink was very nice, but the person at the counter could use maybe an ounce of friendliness. When you are in the service industry, simple thank you and please alone does not cut it. It took about 15 minutes to get a drink and not a single smile or anything remotely welcoming.

Located on the lower floor of the mall.Been a long time customer with Chatime. They offer a decent menu. But I feel like the drinks at this location isn't as good as the other locations. The drinks seemed watered down. The tea flavour isn't strong enough in the milk teas. Grass jelly is okay.Service is extremely slow even when there is barely any line up. The drinks are poorly clean. My drink was given to me sticky.... the cup was so sticky I had to wash it.You're better off with Ten Ren's Tea or Presotea in the mall.

The beverages are good, service organization is pretty consistent. There are a few small tables along this mall's corridor. There is the occasional off chance where you get a new employee being trained that could delay service. However, when the manager and assistant manager are on shift, you can feel and see the significant service quality improve. The beverages are well done and is one of the faster Chatime's that I've been to.

Nice presentation for both drinks. Having hard time with the straw. My sister spilled the drink on her clothers because of it. Kind of disappointed since they don't offer the brown sugar in hot drink while other brands do. Customer services are nice and friendly.
