I rented from Budget …. Got an Avis folder though… Not very customer oriented as there was no thank you other pleasantries however it mirrors a lot of other businesses today - they don’t care. BUT that’s not the real concern. In the midst of this pandemic they have no protocols in place for cleaning / sanitizing their cars. The attached photos are when I picked it up. I didn’t have time to go back in, I figured the only other vehicle they had would more than likely be in the same state. Renter beware! Disturbing and not recommended as there are other options right across the street if you need a rental.

I just dropped off the truck and I am writing this comment on the spot, I came yesterday to drop the truck and they were closed and they don't have the after close drop facility and then I came today and explained him the scenario. The owner Malek said No problem with a smile and he didn't even bother looking at mileage he just asked me and I gave him an approximate idea, he believed me.That's perfect expample how one should run a business. I have a restaurant my self and I need truck a lot of times and now onwards he will be my go to guy.Keep it up bro...

Showed up at 3:25PM on a Wednesday. Door is locked all lights closed, opening hours on the door say opened until 5pm.Lack of integrity and care for customers.I came out of my house to go do business there exclusively. Wasted gas and time.
