This man, Haris, is the real deal. He serviced my aging Omega Speedmaster and has brought it back to full health and specs inside and out, all presented in a new Omega service box with warranty. All in all, a great and privileged experience to be able to trust my lux timepieces to Haris right here in New Hampshire. Highly recommend.

The owner is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job repairing and refurbishing my husband’s beloved Omega watch. It looks like brand new and works perfectly. He also did the repairs in a very short time in order to be ready by my husbands birthday. I couldn’t recommend him any higher.

Excellent communication and customer service. Quality work. Since getting my Omega PO back after service, it's running about +0.3 seconds/day! Plus, Haris virtually eliminated a small notch and a scratch on the case. I feel like I have a brand new watch again! Highly recommended.

USA WatchWhen you meet Haris at his USA Watch Service suite in Dover, you’ll know you can entrust your timepiece to him. For fifty-seven years since buying it new in 1966, I have worn my Omega Seamaster De Ville Automatic pretty much every day, so you can imagine how much sentimental value it holds for me. For me to leave it with Haris speaks volumes because I treasure the thing even though it is obviously nowhere near the value of a Rolex! Haris performed a maintenance service, returned it a month later in perfect condition, and charged a very fair price given the watchmaker skills and tools required to do the service. Very fair. We are fortunate to have him operating in the Seacoast because the last time my Omega was serviced back in the 1990s, I had to ship it to the Omega suite in NYC which was rather worrisome. It means a lot to be able to get such work done locally with such a professional and skilled watch repair service. In addition to that, he is a really cool guy!
