Bought a canadel kitchen island in October 2020. I was told at the time that delivery wouldn’t happen until the new year because of the pandemic. Which was understandable. Got delivery on February 2021. Once I got the island I unpacked and set up. Noticed there was slight damage on one of the drawers and the stainless steel countertop was slightly scratched ( not Manchester’s fault but the manufacturer) . I contacted the store immediately and was told to submit pictures. To make this very long story short….here I am in July 2022 1.5 years later and Manchester’s has done NOTHING to rectify the situation!!!! I keep getting false promises and the run around. Last email I got from the store they literally tried to insinuate like it was my issue and that they were doing me a favour to help me. Worse customer service ever. Avoid at all cost!

So your thinking you want a hot tub... let's face it, this is not your run of the mill purchase!We walked into Manchesters to simply ask a couple questions, we had no idea what we were getting into, but I must say, we were very happy to be received by Shane and Andre, no pressure,just the facts,so nice to not have to put up with pushy commission people!Did we buy our tub right then?...no..went back a couple times,always the same demeanor from these guys! happy to answer your questions.Did we buy a tub? you bet!Shane and Andre will walk you through every step of the process,and they are more than happy to do it!Go see them,tell them a very happy hot tubber sent ya!!

Chad and Shane gave us an amazing deal on our new living room furniture. We couldn’t believe it! On top of that, the free delivery and staff assembling the furniture for us was super convenient too.Just phenomenal service and we were blown away by the prices. They have lots of customizable styles depending on what you like but they helped us stay in our budget and we couldn’t be happier.Looking forward to enjoying this furniture for years to come, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new living room / couch set.

I went to buy a hot tub and was told they were just running my credit to see how much I was approved for they also said a 9% rate. Got home to see an account opened in my name at a 39.99% that I did not agree to and expressly mentioned I did not want.

My wife and I purchased our first hot tub at this location and we are beyond happy and satisfied with the service received. We dealt with Shane and Chad and they were both very professional and extremely helpful. They made sure that we got what we were looking for and we even got a little extra! Recently went into Manchester's to look at hot tubs, and purchased on the spot. Shane and Chad were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. They were patient as we talked through our questions, and provided very informative answers to any questions/concerns we were having. I cannot wait for the snow to melt, for our install. What a beautiful store with some of the best pricing I have seen and this is a complete furniture store with everything including Hot Tubs. Mattresses, box springs, dining room and kitchen tables, sofa’s, recliners. Everything you can imagine. Aggressive pricing with lots of Canadian suppliers.

Just received my couch and dining set from these guys as well as my hot tub two weeks ago. The wait for the tub was long but it was well worth the wait. The service was fantastic and the delivery guys were very professional and they set up everything. Shane made sure I left happy. I'm surprised that I didn't buy more!
