The young man assisting us was enthusiastic, polite and very helpful. Took his time explaining how things worked ( we were both newbies) and got us set up to play. Unfortunately, turns out I get dizzy when I try to play. Our full payment was refunded without really even having to ask for itNice to see excellent service still exists!

Absolutely worth every penny! We went here for my sons 11th birthday party & everyone had the best time! The staff were beyond awesome, super helpful without being over bearing & very clean.(I didn't plan on playing but couldn't pass on the opportunity! Totally blew my mind!) Our party consisted of 1hr in the cubicles,(very spacious with lot of games to choose from)1hr in the arena,(4 players at a time ~ again lots of games to choose from)&1hr in the amazing party room.(which had a big screen for 2 player video games & a cool arcade game for 2players) Everyone had a blast ~ both young & old! The staff were the best we've ever had & we'll definitely be back! Thanks guys for making this the best party & birthday ever!!

We love this place!!! We enjoy the selection of games for all levels! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. If you haven't given the vr gaming a go yet, I'd suggest getting in there and do it! You will not regret it at all!!!

Computers were not working properly the day we came in. Most games were either black screen or failed to load. One of the headsets had dead pixels. Probably only got to play half the time.Pros: there scheduling system worked well, the place was large, clean, and hygienic.

Very fun experience. Great for all age groups. Also have a virtual escape room. Can do group games.
