Bulk Barn

Bulk Barn shopping is a 100% positive experience. Upon entering you are greeted by personable staff who quickly brief you on the guidelines for shopping during COVID-19 times and then ask if you need assistance locating product. Then you are able to roam nice wide aisles discovering many wonderful items. All are clearly identified and easy to deposit in plastic bags. I’ve shopped in 3different stores and found they were all really clean from the floors to the food containers. Bulk Barn appreciates you bringing your own bags to put your purchases in but do provide plastic bags upon request.

Was in the Dartmouth woodlawn location earlier today and witnessed the worst customer service I've ever seen. An elderly man had entered before me and I was holding the door waiting to enter after him as the lady working runs up to him and proceeded to talk down to him and rudly state that his mask was not up to par, rather then just offering him one from the box in her hand. Once she dealt with him as I finish sanitizing my hands and putting gloves on a lady walks in behind me. She goes to sanitize her hands and the same lady that was working then tells her she also needs to be wearing gloves, the customer asked since when I thought it was one or the other

Terrible. Came home with food and had multiple insects in it. I called at 838pm on sept 2, asked the manager on duty if I could get a refund and perhaps a coupon as my pet may die. Just something to help ; customer service!! She says she’s only able to do a straight refund nothing more; and we need to keep the food with bugs in our home in order to come in with it for a refund.You should offer some sort of condolence when serving food to people with life threatening bugs in it.

Always friendly service, and taking all measures to make sure staff and customers are safe from covid spreading. Also called before hand for prices and to see if they had some stuff for gluten free options and they had no issues helping me out! Bonus they had all I needed

Third time going and getting stale snacks. Shouldn't be a problem if stock is properly rotated. Won't be back to this location.

Really a bad experience. Cashier denied to use coupon from bulk bard flyer.Another incident: I had to return some items, and I was denied saying that it is a bulk item. [Aren't almost all items 'bulk items' there?] Then she asked me when you purchased it. I showed her the receipt which was just yesterday. She gave me the same explanation: no becoz bulk item. [Then why she asked me 'when was it bought?] Time pass, I guess.Customized decisions on use of coupon and return will undermine your business.Utterly negative experience of purchase and return. Will never go back there.
