Tech Alliance Repair Service Inc.
I was introduced to Tech Alliance through the company that I work for. We use them to service and repair all of our trucks, trailers, and bobcats. Since Tech Alliance was always great to deal with through work, I started using them for my personal vehicles as well. While other mechanics that I have used in the past have made me feel out of place or unknowledgeable, Tech Alliance is always respectful, friendly, and polite which makes them a pleasure to work with. They are fast, honest, they have fair pricing, and the staff are very knowledgeable of their trade.

I give them 5star for friendly service and not charging more than they say. They are always upfront about costs and give you options. They usually give you a real good idea on time when it will be done. I bring all my vehicles there now. Straight up no b.s. service .

Ran into some serious engine issues (broken radiator) while driving from Kelowna to Victoria - managed to limp off the road and wander into Tech Alliance by chance.They got me in and a replacement part installed within the same day and saved my whole trip. They walked me through every step, had a loaner vehicle ready if needed, and even stayed open late to get me on my way.The service rep (forget their name, sorry!) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about this place!

When strangers help strangers, it does not go unnoticed in my books! I had accidentally locked my keys in the car around the corner from Tech Alliance and a friend called Aaron at Tech Alliance who came quickly and was able to get my car unlocked! I realize this wasn't in his scope of work, but the fact that he came running to help a complete stranger because his friend asked him for help is BEYOND amazing! Thanks Aaron and if your service as a mechanic is even half as good as the amazing job you did retrieving my keys, I will MOST DEFINTELY recommend people for your services! Thanks again for helping me!
