Good african and island dishes .

Rent is a bit high and you don't have control of your own heat which sucks, not enough outlets in apartments, washing machines half the time don't work 3 out of7 of THEM DON'T work! Apartment Appliances needs to be updated!! The doors to the apartments needs to be replaced you can see ligh shining through the doors at night! Floors are chipped up old parkway flooring and it's hideous!! Walls Re very thin!

Clumsy driveway very confusing

As a long time resident of the building I have never seen this in such bad shape. The building is never fully cleaned. The outside grounds are never picked up. The lobby which I have thought of as first sight should be maintained. Everything from degrading walls to falling wallpaper. Cobwebs which now contain spider eggs. Fish fly casings on the walls in January. Unmaintained and never cleaned stairwells as degrading slip guards and pieces left left in the stairs. Degrading walls in the basement chipping away. Parking not assigned so 2 choices for overflow either in a muddy field or across the street where someone was hit by a car and killed within the last year. Also fire safety issues. There are so many things wrong right now without attention the building will be in trouble. When you approach the managers they often say not my job or we have no one to do it" this maybe the case. Ultimately they are responsible for getting it done!!!!! i AM SURE AT THIS POINT THEY WILL TRY TO HARASS ONCE THIS GOES UP. We have tried to go through proper channels with no success and we are hoping that people read this and look at the pictures to help the tenants This is a factual review with actual photo evidence."

noisy, dirty, stuff falling apart, ants and spiders everywhere and full of inconsiderate tenants

Building manager who doesn't want to help anyone if it means coming in from her cigarettes. No maintenance requests honoured. Incredibly noisy tenants who party all night and trash the halls. Lots of screaming children. One of the most horrible places I've ever lived.

I wouldn't rent in that building. I was cleaning an apartment in the building. I cleaned the bathroom. The baseboards have been painted alot, they look terrible. Beside the vanity with sink is a narrow space. I don't think it had been cleanin ages. Hard to reach in. The ceiling was lower in 1 of the bathrooms. Not up to par in my opinion.
