Frilly Lilly

I saw a few of the ladies at Frilly Lilly before connecting with Kate, who I have now seen for over a year. She is a lovely person and I always enjoy our chats. She always does a wonderful job and is quick and efficient. I never have any skin irritation and am always very happy with the results. The salon itself is lovely and very comfortable. I always enjoy my time at Frilly Lilly.

If you can avoid this location, I would. Such poor management. Charges on my credit card when I didn't go, charges on my account after I told them I'm not coming back, 9 months of them messing something up on my account and not fixing it. Every time I went in there was another problem. It's an automatic payment, how hard can it be? The level of disorganization from the management is mind blowing. Girls are great, management is the reason I will be taking my business else where. Now there is a charge in my account at a location I have never been go in my life... when I haven't been in over a month.Absolutely unbelievable!

The service for pedicure was good. But the tools for the pedicure was a bit lacking for the price. We paid $180 (including tip) for 2 gel pedicure, but they don't have big massage chairs with feet shakers. They simply use a stainless bowl for the feet. The store is beautifully decorated and their jewelry sections is wonderful but for the price of a pedicure and what you receive wasn't quite top notch.

Great staff all around. Mindy was great with my pedicure and making sure I was comfortable during my appointment. She went above and beyond because the original decor I picked out was dried up. So I got some nail art instead to make up for it.Thanks for a great birthday spa day!

I've been seeing Angelia for my brow waxing for close to 5 years now. She is seriously a brow wizard! When I first started going to her I had just finished growing my brows out after over tweezing for years through high school. She worked with me to find a shape that worked for both my taste and face shape, and since then has always made sure that I'm happy with her work. She cares so much about her clients and is always warm and welcoming. I would 100% recommend her! As far as the location, sometimes reception can be hit or miss, but it's never been enough to ruin my experience. I love looking at their accessories while I wait for my appointment and the atmosphere is chic and pretty.

Went in for a brow and lip wax. They were extremely accommodating and fit me in when I called. The place is really nice and clean. Girl who did the Waxing was really nice. Only thing is that she cut my brow and now it hurts a lot. I usually get my eyebrows threaded because o don't trust wax and this is exactly why. Will not be going back there.

I got my nails done Saturday and I got the pampering pedicure the nail polish is already peeling off!!! This is unexpectable, who ever was doing my nails I got a boring vibe from her. I felt like she did not take me seriously, I don't know if it's because I look super young but she did not paint my nails right! For $65 I expect my nails to deffently last more than 24 hours.

Great selection of services, professional and warm staff. The space is always tidy and inviting. The staff is prompt and keep to a tight schedule. The bikini wax membership is what seals the deal!
