Bought a Hilti radio took it in for repair still have not received it back within 3-4 months nobody knows where it is everyone says they will look into it no one ever calls back very bad costumer service

High end tools and construction materials. If your work is important, as in the case where if you take a short cut and an anchor comes out of a wall or ceiling you go to Hilti and it won't happen. If you are putting up pictures in the living room go to Rona.All the real workers know Hilti and trust them. They're not cheap but if your customers don't want to pay what it's worth tell them to do it themselves. Then when they mess up charge them double and ignore their whining.

Very high quality tools. This comes at a relatively high price however.You get what you pay for.4 or 5 construction professionals picking up at 7:30 am on a Thursday.Check out AVR boltr (bored of lame tool reviews) on YouTube and find his Hilti review.

Don’t buy anything from this guys They scam,Not really I like to leave to anyone bad review,but we bought epoxy tubes which over the I explain which Epoxy gun I have. They gave me wrong 10 tubs,I was trying to fit in my Epoxy gun but it’s won’t fit. In about 5 days came back to return 7 of them, 3 spoiled because open and couldn’t use, was hoping to return 7 tubes back which didn’t open ( the same condition as I bought) sales guy didn’t take it back and sales guy who sold it didn’t say before we buy. Never use this guys again.
