bad customer service. at my first request for parts, they sent me to a reseller that had not dealt with them in 12 years - the people at the front desk had never heard of Easy-Flo. i finally received my part and it did not fit my existing hose. they refused to respond to emails afterward. when they finally returned a phone call, i was accused of buying a part that they did not supply. i have not done so. if they had no compatible parts, they could have just stated so up front, and i would have ordered the hose with handle. there was no need for a circus.

I have an Easy-Flo vacuum system in my home. The product is good but I have no dealers in my area any longer to service or purchase parts from. I've contacted Easy-Flo three times now, as they state to do on the web site when you don't have a dealer in your area. No one will respond to my request to purchase parts and a new power head. While the product is good the service provided by this company is non existent.

Great Seevice! Got a new vacuum system installed in a new house and the hose was too short to reach a few corners. Took it back to Bert and he exhanged with a longer hose and also upgraded the hose cover/protector as well!

We thought we needed a new hose but after a quick repair to our 19 year old hose, it was as good as new.They could have sold us a new one for more money.We appreciate the honesty and integrity but above all, the great personal service.We highly recommend Easy Flo.

We recently moved to Sechelt and were pleased the house we purchased had an Easy Flo Vacuum system. Unfortunately the electric wall outlet in one of the bedrooms was not working so I called Burt, at Easy Flo in Chilliwack. After describing the problem he knew exactly what replacement part was needed and promptly sent it to me by courier. It arrived within a week and I installed it quite easily - the wall outlet is now working fine. Excellent service which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Burt.

Had a great experience with Bert at Easy-Flo vacuum! He had us in and out of there with what we needed in 10 minutes or so! The staff is also extremely kind. My husband and I recommend Easy-Flo here in Chilliwack 100%

Haven't used my newly installed(today) vacuum yet but wanted to leave a comment on the excellent install tech. He did an amazing job with install my house is fully finished and the only 2 holes made were the vacuum plug holes. I had another company from Abbotsford send there install tech who tried telling me all my drywall needed to be opened up to install a built in system. I'm a very happy customer so far thanks Easy Flo.

I have owned my Easy-Flo for 30 years and it has only ever needed a new belt for the power brush and a new floor brush, as the brushes wore out. Service for replacement parts was excellent! My hose is still in excellent shape, as are all other parts.

Been here a few times for parts and help with my central vacuum and been treated with the most incredible customer service. Such kind, helpful and honest people! Very reasonable prices and again just great knowledgeable service.
