What a great guy!! Jason talked me down off the ledge and helped me figure things out over the phone and work towards a solution without having to actually bring the computer in. A great business with a great business owner, especially after 3 other places wouldn’t touch it as it required soldering.Thanks so much!!

Phenomenal!! We called James as our CPU stopped working. He was at our home in (20) minutes and then called us back already repaired. Burnt motor replaced, system cleaned pristine working order. Glad to provide a recommendation anytime

James was extremely helpful with assisting me to recover our years of pictures/files from an external hard drive. I had contacted Apple to help me and all they told me was that I could possibly recover my pictures. We are soo happy we didn't lose our pictures! James also gave me advice on how I could save my files and not to rely on an external hard drive. Thank you for the amazing service!

Amazing experience every time ! I would highly recommend this company. James is so helpful with any issues my boys have ever had with their PCs. Over the holiday we were having issues with one of the PCs and James called me back and helped us troubleshoot the issue. He figured out the problem and the boys could quickly fix the PC. Wonderful experience with this company. I dealt with James Butler and he was fantastic. Very prompt communication, was able to diagnose the problem with my laptop in very little time and got me back up and running quickly. The price was more than fair. Cant recommend enough!

James and his team are incredible! My computer stopped charging and I called them! I needed my data transferred I had important documents! James heard I had a little one and offered to come and pick up my laptops! They kept me up to date and everything! He brought them back to me!!!AMAZINHG service!! I highly recommend them to everyone! Hey are very very fair and honest!!!! You won’t regret it!

James responded to me right away. My issue took longer than I expected but he kept the initial quoted price. I will ALWAYS use him for my IT from now on!!!! I didn't even require all of the devices that Best Buy sold me so he saved me money since I can return them!!! Great price! Great service! I'm thrilled to have a better Internet connection and Nest Cams that are operational!
