I can’t thank them enough, one of the best clinc , starting with how respectful they are and nice with me and my family, whenever we need help they always there to help with medical care, especially the pharmacies Daniel one of the best man , he always got the smile on his fasc so as the staff there! And my family doctor , Dr. Victoria one of the best doctors. Thank you for the great experience you gave to me and my family! And how clean the clinic is . Thanks

Had the worst experience if I could I would give zero stars. I was new to Milton and this clinic was close by so made dr Victoria my family doctor. At the meet and greet she was yelling at the receptionist why were we booked with her as she doesn’t want new patients. So even after the meet and greet I didn’t go through with it. After that every experience at the walk in is horrible all doctors pretty much say hi from the door and are ready to leave. Probably spend 3 to 4 minute with patient. My daughter was sick with 105 fever dr Victoria came in didn’t bother look at her and gave me attitude when I said can you look at her throat and ear for infection. She only looked for a second maybe out of spite said there is mild infection and prescribed anti biotic. So next day I had a feeling that is not case so I drove to Orangeville to my old doctor and he did a thorough check up said there is no throat infection and did urine test and turns out she has UTI. So glad I didn’t follow dr Victoria as she had miss diagnosed her and was either not qualified to check for infection or just wanted me out of there so said it’s throat infection so I could leave

Female doctor here is horrible. Would not recommend. Staff is great. Wait times are fine when booked ahead. Unfortunately one of the doctors we received was incredibly rude and almost arrogant in how she coordinated with us which I thought was odd considering how genuinely kind everyone else at this clinic was. Turns out we weren't the first people to have this problem with her. Oh well, other clinics it is. :)

I would highly recommend Bonafide Medical clinic and Pharmacy to anyone in need of medical attention. From the moment you walk in, the friendly and professional staff make you feel welcome and at ease.The waiting room is clean, comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and very efficient.Dr. Akinremi was outstanding. She was vey kind and knowledgeable and was very quick in diagnosing and treating my husband.The pharmacy was equally impressive. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and friendly.

Kind and super helpful staff, especially in a pinch. I walked in not knowing I needed an appt. They couldn't fit me in with the doctor that day. I was a little discouraged because I have been battling with an infection for the past 2 weeks and haven't been able to contact my family doctor who forgot to prescribe me an antibiotic. Daniel the pharmacist was extremely kind in going out of his way and offered to do a quick assessment and he ended up prescribing the antibiotic that I needed. Very grateful and impressed.

It is an amazing family clinic and the pharmacy is even better. We have been coming here for over 1 year and the experience has always been extremely good - weather it is about scheduling a regular appointment, urgent appointments, getting precription medicines - it has been amazing in every way. Dr. Nivin Azer is very experienced, welcomes you with a smile every time and guides appropriately.A special shout out to the pharmacists who always go out of the way to explain the prescriptions in details and help you in every way possible.

I took my daughter in this morning with a very bad cough sounding like croup. The receptionist was very kind and pleasant. We were brought to the room rather quickly (about 10-15 mins). While waiting for the doctor, my daughter continued to cough. Another doctor walking by our room assisted her with some medicine to help relieve her of her symptoms as our doctor came in. The kindness in this gesture was beyond appreciative and spoke volumes about her genuine care for all patients and not just her own. I recently moved here and have now made an appointment for myself with this doctor for next week for her to be my family doctor. The pharmacist was also very kind and communicative. For what was expected to be a lengthy and daunting process, we left feeling taken care of and cared for while also being an extremely efficient visit. Thank you Bonafide medical team ☺️.

What I can say! I been a going to this clinic over 2 years and every time I visit they welcome you . The staff even though the clinic is full they will assist you gladly and happily. The physician are well educated and knowledgeable. I would like to thanks Daniel for his support you can see he puts a lot of effort into the place , you see him walking around helping everyone, the pharmacy staff will do their best to get your medication as quick as possible!! Thank you Bonafide clinic and pharmacy for the best support in the healthcare.

Today was my first visit ever. The receptionist was polite and understanding! The doctor did NOT rush you and genuinely seemed to really care about your situation. The whole process was efficient and professional. This is the only Walk-In I will ever come to from now on.

Had to pick up a medication for my son. Was running late but Daniel waited for me after hour. This may not be a big deal to some but to a parent this is a big deal. He was warm, welcoming and professional. Thank you so much for providing excellent service. Keep up the good work.
