The worst MacDonald Branch ( Saint Lambert) .she gave my firend a spoiled milk Iced coffee and they gave me a cold coffee ,and on the top of that she was rude as well. Wow Im amazed how is this place still functioning with all the bad reviews you have since a long time !!!

I ordered an iced coffee and got a cup of milk and sugar. I told the staff that there's almost no coffee in the cup. They got me another iced coffee, but it was exactly like the first one. They explained that the machine is programmed this way. So I took it but made my own iced coffee at home.A part from this, the service was extremely slow. It looked like some staff members were there to only have fun and conversations while the customers are waiting.McDonald's is supposed to be lean and efficient. This is quite the opposite.

Slow service - took 31 minutes to receive my order. Inaccurate service: order arrived wrong (chicken sandwich missing, drinks only 75% full). Unfriendly service: no awareness, concern, or apology for the slowness & inaccuracy of the order.

Have been coming here for years, mostly drive-through. Positives: BLT Egg McMuffin or Bagel (always excellent), hash brown, coffee (excellent), Angus burger (super), milkshakes. Cons: the milkshake machine is out of service 67% of the time. It's a shame. Service is quick and usually friendly.

Half the order was missing. My friends and I returned to retrieve the missing items. Was not impressed with the staff member at the drive threw smirking as we can to the window to grab our missing food items.I recommend that you double check your bag at the drive threw window to ensure no food is missing.

If you want food poisoning definitely order from here. We ordered a ranch snack wrap which normally consists of a chicken strip, ranch dressing, grated cheese and iceberg lettuce. What we got was a stale tortilla with a SLICE of cheese for hamburgers that was tepid and caked into the tortilla bread as if it had been sitting out for many hours. The meat inside was an old patty for chicken burgers sliced in half. Having worked in restaurants in the past I can tell the patty was also many hours old and not warm.The junior chicken was tepid and the mayo was starting to get weird. The 3 mcflurry we ordered were not stirred, just plain vanilla ice cream with all the toppings on top, spilling all out of it which is messy considering one had syrupThe Diet Coke AND ice creams were not housed in a drink tray in the mcdelivery bag so when we opened it the Diet Coke was laying on its side and the Oreo bits were falling all over the place.I had ordered waffle fries and received a large REGULAR fry that was COLD not even tepid, and when I tried to reheat them they were all soggy and disgusting.Thankfully McDonald’s refunded us when we called the mcdelivery service number but this specific location ALWAYS get something wrong and dramatically so every single time I mistakenly give it a chance. The glaring food safety issue of serving old soggy meat and cheese is also worth reporting to MAPAQ which I will do and recommend that anyone else does if they experience something similarWhatever brain dead people are letting this level of service be the norm need a wake up call before someone starts pooping blood.I’ll add that awhile ago I went there through the drive through for a caramel cappucino and waited 35m in the drive lineup. When I got out with my drink it was a cup full of warm milk with no coffee or syrup in it which was disgusting to accidentally sip. I went back and waited again and they redid it and this time it was just warm milk with some caramel syrup in it and no coffee. I just poured it in the sewer grate and left it wasn’t Even worth going back to have the zombies redo it again.

one of the most aweful place I ever stepped in. your feet stick to the floor. a bunch of employees doing absolutely nothing, the other bunch are molasses with absolutely no sens of urgency. The place is empty and it takes them 20 min per customer minimum, wether you order an ice cream cone or a chatgptmodified bigmac. the 4 customers before mehad to come back for inaccurate orders, one even had to come back twice.I ordered a bigmac and mcdouble, they processed an order 4 customer after mine and gave him the mcdouble that was for my order without my knowledge, sure enough I also had to come back in.never have i seen so much incompetency at the same place, at the same time, in my entire life. the poor guy doing the fries was the only one with the presence of mind of at least trying to fix things while all the others are doing nothing walking around VERY slowly.

I like the design of the place and the atmosphere. My beef" (no pun intended) with this one is the service. They dont use the monitors correctly and although its theoretically a 24h restaurant

It's the worst organized McDonald's I've ever seen. They lose your order ticket and remove your number from the screen despite not serving you. Then when you get your drinks after 20 minutes, you have to send it back because it's missing ingredients since they don't know how to make them. One woman is working super hard while the younger staff move like they're half asleep. No wonder the lineups are so bad. What happened to McDonald's??? Don't they care about their reputation and business? Who is the manager at this store?? ....do your job!!!!
