You can only see half of the products most aisles are closed workers everywhere in the way. You would think the stocking of shelves would be done at night so customer can shop and see products. Too much ghost inventory drive there to find out they have none just not a good experience my last choice when shopping for sure.

Customer service is everything to me…home depot definitely gives this, unlike the other big lumber store in Charlottetown…….Ken ( from Nigeria) helped us with a big purchase of lumber at Home Depot. He was so friendly, very helpful, and went out of his way.

We ordered a trailer to hitch to our tractor lawnmower online. It came within the time it stated right to our door, however the front and back side was scratched and the back end was bent. We fixed the dent because it would be a nightmare to send back after assembling it.

Home Depot cant deliver appliances as promised. They just give you the run around and pass the blame. Pointless to purchase them if you cant deliver on set date. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Better off taking your business elsewhere!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of home improvement, project and tools available. They also have seasonal things like a garden center, decorations for Halloween/Christmas. I love the Halloween stuff personally. Lol..

Shopping for appliances here was a breeze! The sales person didn't try to pressure into warranty right away or at all. They mentioned it but they were more focused on finding me the perfect solution for my needs unlike other Retailers just up the hill. Very open and honest communication and will give you actual feedback on the appliances not just read of the label. It's so refreshing to see a sales person who is an actual expert in their area! Highly recommend for appliances!
