It is harder to get a text back from them than from my dead grandmother. Poor communication skills. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust them.

Had the opportunity to work with Katherine Ngo from Avenue Realties while searching for my daughter's first apartment in Montreal. She was professional, empathetic and knowledgable, answering all my questions with clear responses and anticipating our needs. I also observed her giving a tour to other students where she treated everyone with respect, calmly fielding several simultaneous questions and working in the best interest of her clients. Would not hesitate to recommend her and work with her again. I especially appreciated her clear communication skills and prompt follow ups.
