Update as of June 22, 2019.Management was kind enough to refund full price including S+H fee which is nice of them to do. But still a waste of time for me so BUYER BE AWARE!Recently placed an order of 250 pieces of treated dental swab over the phone to Medical Mart or medimart.com and when I received the order I noticed that the treated dental swab has long expired and was made back in 2008 (see trademark designation as 2008). It's being expired for over 10 years yet when Medimart shipped product from East coast Toronto/Mississauga area to me at West coast Vancouver they shipped an expired product knowingly that I will not contest and may not fight with them for a refund.I don't care about a refund of $40 + tax + shipping, but receiving a product which has long expired when expecting a high quality, unexpired product should be the professionalism which every vendor must have.P.S. - The treated dental swab when you opened the package had an pungent, sour smell, an indication of the product expired for over 10 years. You can see the close up swab head that the paste or lotion has all been dried up and long expired. Neither I can use nor use at other long term care and/or hospital facility. Really unprofessional of Medimart and Medline! Avoid like a plague!
